- Free shipping provided for orders over €49,00.
- Extra charge of €2,00 for cash on delivery orders

- All other regions: Delivery within 3 – 5 days
In-store pickup
You can always choose the free option to pick up your order from our store, Solomou 62, Ag. Paraskevi 153 41, Attica, Greece. In that case we will get in touch with you and arrange the pickup appointment.
Payments
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery of the parcel (surcharge) where you have to pay the employee of the partner company courier, at the delivery of the order. In that case you will be charged with the extra amount of €2,00.

Debit / Credit card
For purchases made by debit / credit card, you will have to follow the instructions found in tiloukids.com which collaborates with Alpha Bank for electronic payments. Your card will be issued once the Alpha Bank checks and certifies the data and the validity of your card. The customer is solely responsible for the proper details and the truth of the credit card, which is not stored in tiloukids.com.
You can pay for your order with credit, debit or prepaid cards of all banks. The accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners.
Transactions Security
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
