Returns
You have a period of 20 days from the date of your order to return the products you ordered.
In that case you should communicate with us in order to inform us about the product of your choice. This product should have the same or bigger price from the product you wish to return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels and any accessories in perfect condition for resale. Therefore, they should not have been worn, washed or in any way damaged.
Teethers cannot be returned.
Return fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged products
All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or the product is not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected]. In that case, you can choose another product, otherwise we will refund your money.
The shipping costs in this case for the return of the damaged products are covered by us.
